For support on TRA systems such as robotically integrated systems, tube benders, weld cells, and assembly machines please contact your project manager, call our main line, or email support@trauto.com. Be prepared to provide information regarding which system you are contacting us about, and a description of the problem. Depending on the nature of the problem, TRA can troubleshoot over the phone, initiate remote support through the OI-15, or send technicians.
For support on TRA products such as the OI-15, Weld Monitor, TRA Terminals, TRA Clamps, or TRA machined components please call our main line or email support@trauto.com. Be prepared to provide information regarding which product is requiring service and as good of a description of the problem as possible. Depending on the nature of the problem, TRA can troubleshoot over the phone, initiate a repair and/or send a loaner, or send a technician.
