Our track record, showcased in our Case Studies, speaks for itself. TRA was instrumental in developing the controls package currently used by Johnson Controls Inc. to allow numerous tools to work on a single piece of capital equipment. Our innovative controls interfaces instantly show operators the status of the machine, improving performance upwards of 20% for operators and maintenance. TRA was then hired to develop a system to allow the seamless interchange of tooling between robotic equipment. Our controls package, industrial HMI, and programming structure quickly became part of the standard specifications for this customer and others.

We extended this technology for another Fortune 500 customer and designed a single system that automatically changes more than 12 fixtures between 11 robots in our Supercell Concept. TRA's innovative solution easily allows for adding tooling, functionality, and equipment to the current system and allows our end customer to produce parts in-house at significant savings over their previous out-sourcing process.

TRA continues to innovate controls and robotics in welding and tube bending applications, as well as other industries, with a new line of standard systems such as our FlexCell and robot tube bender.
