Mechanical Engineering

TRA employs only engineers experienced in manufacturing, tooling and machine design to staff a complete mechanical engineering department.

Electrical Engineering

TRA’s on-site electrical engineering department designs robust, proven controls systems. Working closely with TRA’s computer scientists, our electrical engineers develop sturdy, maintainable PLC programs.

Computer Science

Unlike any other company in the industry, we employ a full-time staff of computer scientists to meet and exceed software industry standards for PLC and Robot programming.

Machining

TRA’s full service machine shop is capable of producing service parts, weldments, 3D machining, repairs and many other machining services for metals, plastics and a variety of other materials. Working closely with several metal suppliers, we provide the highest quality materials and coatings available.

Integration

Our cross-discipline integration team specializes in integrating, assembling and supporting all of TRA’s manufacturing systems.

Electrical

On-staff electricians ensure the safe execution of our controls packages.

Quality

With a full complement of measuring equipment including CMMs and CMM arms at their disposal, the highly skilled personnel in TRA’s quality department work closely with other departments as well as our customers to ensure the success of our manufacturing systems and, especially, our customer’s product.
